  • Item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
